On March 27, 2019, the 2018 shareholders' meeting, the 14th meeting of the first board of directors, and the 7th meeting of the first supervisory board of Youfang Electric were successfully held at the company's new factory in Ehu. Chairman Zhang Yun, Vice Chairman Zhai Gang, Director and General Manager Wang Jun, Chairman of the Supervisory Board Liu Yanhong, along with representatives of all shareholders, directors, and supervisors, attended the meeting. Senior executives of the company attended the meeting as observers.
The meeting successively reviewed 11 proposals, including the "2018 Work Report of the Board of Directors", "2018 Work Report of the General Manager", "2018 Annual Report and Abstract", "2018 Financial Final Account and 2019 Budget Plan", and "2018 Profit Distribution Plan", forming resolutions of the shareholders' meeting, the board of directors, and the supervisory board.
At the meeting, Wang Jun, the shareholder, director, and general manager of the company, presented the annual work report, which comprehensively summarized the completion of the company's work in 2018 and provided a detailed report on the work plan for 2019. Wang Jun stated that Friendly Electric will resolutely implement the major decisions of the shareholders' meeting and the board of directors, conscientiously fulfill their duties, continuously improve the quality of the company's development and management efficiency, and make every effort to build an international, innovative, service-oriented, and comprehensive first-class enterprise. At the end of his speech, Wang Jun expressed his gratitude to all shareholder units for their long-term strong support.
Representatives of shareholders, directors, and supervisors attending the meeting voted and made statements regarding the proposal, hoping that friendly electricians can continue to work hard and maintain a stable, healthy, and rapid development trend.
